How do duels work?
Pick a friend, or race a ghost of their best set. 60 seconds, the same rules for both — the camera counts every rep.
What happens to my video?
Nothing. It is processed on your phone in real time and never saved or uploaded. Rivals only see your rep count.
How accurate is the counting?
The referee checks depth, control, lockout and body line on every rep. If you think it miscounted, tap “Wrong count” after the set — that feedback trains it.
What do I need?
An Android 8+ or iPhone (iOS 16+) phone and about two meters of floor. Lean the phone against something low, side-on to you.
Can my company or university run a challenge?
Yes. Teams get a private space, team-vs-team cups and an admin dashboard. Write to us to join the pilot.
Is it really free?
Yes, for everyone. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases — every feature is free. Want an extra challenge, a streak rescue, another squad slot or a day of advanced stats? Watch a short video, if you like.
Are there ads?
Yes — that's how Hayda stays free. Small banners appear only on the Today, Progress and Challenges tabs. Never during or right after a set, and no full-screen ads. Videos play only when you choose to watch one for a bonus.
