These terms apply when you use the Hayda app or website. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use Hayda
You must be at least 16 years old. Prize events, if offered later, are 18+ and have separate rules.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and choose a username that doesn't impersonate anyone. One person, one account.
Fair play
Results must come from real push-ups performed by you in front of the camera. Manipulating the app, the camera feed or the device is cheating. We may void results, reset rating, restrict or close accounts that break these rules.
Health
Exercise carries risk. Hayda is not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness and consult a doctor if you have a health condition.
Free app, ads and Teams
Hayda is free for everyone and supported by ads. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases for individual users.
Bonuses from optional rewarded videos (for example an extra challenge, a streak rescue, a squad slot or a day of advanced stats) have no cash value, cannot be transferred and follow the limits shown in the app. We may change these bonuses and limits, and we may withhold a bonus if an ad view is invalid or fraudulent.
Teams plans for companies, universities and clubs are priced per organization and billed by invoice under a separate agreement.
Content and conduct
Usernames, names and squad or challenge names must follow the Community rules.
Liability
Hayda is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for injuries from exercise.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You can delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan (to be confirmed by legal review).
